Landscape Gardener - Maintenance Crew to perform the following: * Gardening - weeding and deadheading, perennial dividing, pruning * Pest and disease ID and organic care treatment * Annual and Container design and installation * Garden improvements - planting design and installation along with pruning and mulching * Plant Protection * Spring and Fall clean-up Horticultural graduates and/or those with at least 2 years experience preferred. Plant ID and care requirements preferred. Job entails physical lifting, moving of materials using wheelbarrows, hand digging, etc. We sponsor apprenticeships in carpentry, masonry and horticulture. Employee benefits include monthly team lunches, ongoing training, tuition credit for students, dental benefits, and clothing allowance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Landscape gardening: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-06-30- LocationOttawa, ON
