*Requirements * * 1 Year Experience required * Full License Required *Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plant care and landscape maintenance, with the ability to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves hands-on work in various gardening tasks, ensuring that gardens are healthy, vibrant, and aesthetically pleasing. *Duties* * Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and pruning plants and shrubs. * Irrigate gardens effectively to ensure optimal growth and health of plants. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various gardening tasks. * Plant, transplant, and care for flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants. * Monitor plant health and diagnose issues such as pests or diseases. * Maintain garden beds by weeding, mulching, and fertilizing as necessary. * Assist in the design and implementation of new garden projects or enhancements. * Keep tools and equipment in good working condition through regular maintenance. *Skills* * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to gardening tasks. * Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices. * Ability to irrigate effectively to support plant health. * Strong attention to detail with a passion for gardening and outdoor aesthetics. * Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces that enhance the environment!
